Your ocean escape awaits. Bring the whole family to this 7 bedroom, 7 bath, direct oceanfront home with gorgeous pool and 4 full kitchens. Main house has 5 bed/5 bath, 2 studio apartments over garage with kitchens too. Tons of space, gorgeous décor and parking for three cars. Wake to the gorgeous sunrise while sipping coffee watching the dolphins play. Home is located on a no-drive beach and minutes from local fare and things-to-do. Grab a surfboard and ride a wave. Near lighthouse, fishing, tennis, pickle ball and pet friendly.
Enjoy breathtaking views of your private beach access from the Ocean Luxe Beach Retreat House. Featuring a pool, giant patio and outdoor area with tons of seating, you will have views galore. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bath, the guest house has a studio with kitchenette-both are included in your rental. Main house features 2 full kitchens, 2 dining areas, and a massive living room plus extra living room. Main house has laundry.
House has been designed with exquisite beach furnishings so that you can enjoy comfort and style while relaxing in your private oasis. Fully equipped with wifi, books, towels, linens and everything you need-just bring your suitcase and bathing suit. Please note, beach access steps were washed away in the storm and awaiting a permit to rebuild-beach is accessed about a block away.
We have put our heart and soul into this home and enjoy sharing it with others that, like us, want to come to the beach and have fun and are not looking for things to nit-pick about.
Additional things we want to share. This is a family beach home and is one of the few homes this size on the beach with a pool. However, it's a house not a hotel and at times things may happen. Sadly, we cannot tell when something may break but we do respond promptly if there is an issue. If the washing machine breaking during your stay (we replace them annually but this is an example) would ruin your vacation or cause you to get mad than we may not be the place for you. Our cleaners are paid a living wage but this is a home on the beach...that means all the sweeping and mopping in the world and sand may still sneak in. The pool is not covered and so if you happen to check in after a windy day there may be leaves and sand in the pool...the pool is ALWAYS cleaned weekly and safe to swim in and usually looks great. But if there are leaves, grab the pool net and sweep them out...we simply do not have anyone that can be on call after every wind storm...so if having to do that would upset you then we may not be the right fit. We have attempted to have boogie boards for our guests but they break every single week so we stopped guaranteeing that. At the end of the day, we do this because it's suppose to be fun and we want you to enjoy a great vacation. However, if you are the type of person that freaks out if something breaks or is not perfect, we are not the house for you. Homes on the beach that are used for vacation rental sustain a lot of use and are near salt...so if a broken refrigerator drawer upsets you, we are not the home for you. Home sharing is just that, home sharing, we are not the Waldorf Astoria. We welcome fun, laid back guests looking to have a good time. If you are uptight or looking for a reason to complain or just all around grumpy, there are many hotels along our beach that would welcome you. If you want to stay at a cool house in a great location and enjoy Daytona with a happy heart, we'd love to host you!

Summary: A great location for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, the fantastic view of the ocean pulled us to the patio for a closer look. This home is right on the beach! We saw pelicans, seagulls, egrets and dolphins every day and heard the waves at night as we drifted off to sleep. The home had everything we needed for our week - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, floats and even a canoe! The kitchens were well stocked for meal prep, cooking and service. The large dining area was perfect for dining together. Needless to say, this LARGE home had more than enough space for both joint gatherings and privacy. There are so many decks, patios, and inside sitting areas! Our group consisted of six separate families and there were times we had to ‘hunt’ for each other. This home is also close to shopping, restaurants, a lot of activities and the historic lighthouse. We felt safe walking our dogs around the neighborhood and meeting the neighbors. Everyone was so friendly. The patio was a favorite amongst the group. We would lounge in the sun or shaded area, swim in the pool, go a few steps into the first floor kitchen of the main house for a snack then go right back outside! The patio was also a perfect place to sip a glass of wine and watch the sky at night. Shout out to the cleaning crew. They did a good job!! This is a wonderful vacation home. We made many great memories and are looking forward to coming back.

Summary: The property was clean and inviting. My friends and I were there for my retirement trip, and the money spent was well worth the stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing, and the sunrises from the master bedroom were breathtaking. The pool had a lot of sand in it but that’s to be expected. There was a heavy rain which caused one of the bottom closets to leak, but maintenance was called, and they responded quickly.

Summary: Great location, beautiful views- couple things to make it better * more King beds, better mattresses *couches on 2nd floor were very uncomfortable/3 futons would have been better and could be used for sleeping too *lots of pots/pans- limited bowls or storage containers with lids that fit tightly *chairs at the tables all had sides and uncomfortable for anyone with a larger figure Salty dog was super quick to fix an issue with the grill not working (less than 24 hours), pool guy was there 2x during the stay and water was crystal clear in the pool-very well kept. We had a few kids starting to climb up onto the wood stairs onto the patio - I went outside and they wandered away- NO TRESPASSING signs might be helpful or PRIVATE PROPERTY signs

Summary: Fantastic vacation home. Stayed 7 days with family and friends. Had an amazing time, the home was perfect for 6 couples and an infant.
